Nicola is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and has over 18 years’ experience as a legal executive, predominantly specializing in residential and commercial property. She enjoys advising clients from first home buyers to developers on a range of property matters including residential and commercial conveyancing and refinancing to complex subdivisions and developments. She has acted for a number of developers on large scale multi title developments and subsequent on-sales, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of all stages of property development from pre-sale agreements through to settlement and beyond. Nicola is meticulous and focused on delivering a high standard in all aspects of her work.
