Background

Mike is a founding partner of Heimsath Alexander and has more than 20 years’ experience as a legal advisor in the areas of corporate and commercial law. Mike advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, company and business structuring, joint ventures, company and general business and corporate and commercial law matters. He also regularly advises directors, boards, advisory committees, trustees, limited partners and shareholders on corporate and trust governance matters.
