Carole has more than 25 years’ experience advising on a broad range of property matters and specialises in complex real estate developments, property finance and structuring, construction as well as advising on trust law and asset planning. Carole has been a partner in a boutique property firm in Auckland, in-house counsel for a property development company and principal of her own practice. Her approach is balanced and commercially focused. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve positive outcomes.
