Background

Mike is a founding partner of Heimsath Alexander and has over 20 years’ experience as a legal advisor in the areas of corporate/commercial law. Mike advises on mergers and acquisitions, company and business structuring, joint ventures, capital raising, company and general business and commercial law matters. Mike is also responsible for managing many of the firm/client relationships. Mike and his team advise clients across most industries. HA have corporate and individual (in each case local and international), and private clients in the manufacturing, food and beverage, telecommunications, retail brands, travel, tourism, professional services, forestry, farming and software development and exploitation fields. We have been with a number of our clients from inception, initial capital raising through to in many cases their successful sale and in many other cases, their ongoing growth as significant and successful local and international businesses. Our team is involved at a strategic level with most of our clients. Our aim is to provide thoughtful, pragmatic and commercial advice with a focus on our client’s goals, and a deep understanding of the environments in which they operate.
