Bill Caldwell

Background

Bill is a solicitor working across our Corporate, Commercial and Property teams. Bill has experience advising on range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financing transactions, shareholding arrangements, commercial contracts, construction contracts and general corporate advisory. Bill came to Heimsath Alexander as a summer clerk before joining the team full-time. He graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance. Bill is a dedicated team-player and strongly solutions-focussed. This has resulted in him building loyal relationships with clients and made him an indispensable member of our team.

In his time away from work, Bill is a keen musician. He can be found playing in bands, writing and producing music and working as a DJ around Auckland.
