Background

Molly graduated from the University of Auckland with a BA/LLB. Prior to joining Heimsath Alexander she worked in a mid-sized Auckland law firm where she assisted on large scale insolvency and construction disputes.

Molly has a strong interest in commercial and contractual matters, particularly in the areas of company law, commercial leasing, and mergers and acquisitions, and enjoys working alongside senior members of the team to further develop her skills in these areas.
