Our culture is easy going, but it should not be mistaken for casual. Our strong work ethic and team approach has been key in driving the growth of the firm and building its market presence. Our firm model is lean and experience heavy. We find that our model works for us and our clients. Our partners are on top of the client’s background, requirements and the transactional detail, and often take a key role in negotiating transactions, drafting documents, and preparing advice.
