Background

Laurel is a solicitor in our litigation team. Her experience in dispute resolution spans across a range of commercial and civil matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, negligence and other tortious claims, insolvency and recoveries, relationship property and employment law. She has appeared in the High Court, District Court and Family Court. Laurel has experience in employment mediations and advises on other alternative forms of dispute resolution. 

In the employment law sphere, Laurel also advises on employment agreements, employment policies, restructuring and redundancy arrangements, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and termination for both employees and employers.
