Olivia Nichol

Law Clerk – LLB

Background

Olivia is a law graduate in our litigation and commercial teams. Olivia came to Heimsath Alexander as a summer clerk, before joining the team full time in 2025. She graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Laws and is currently working towards admission to the bar in 2026. Olivia enjoys working alongside senior members of the Litigation and Commercial teams to further develop her skills in these areas. 

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys staying active through a range of sports and fitness pursuits and values the discipline and competitive focus they bring.
