Background
Gina was previously the Practice Manager at Jones Young and has an extensive background of over 25 years in the legal industry, along with experience from similar roles in the corporate sector including top tier investment companies, banking and finance, and prior to Heimsath Alexander, at one of NZ’s largest primary health organisations.
Gina manages all operational matters across the firm, including Human Resources, Information Technology and Office Systems, Finance and Compliance, and Business Development and Marketing.
Her ultimate focus is on people – both clients and our team. She enjoys ensuring that the team have a great and supportive work environment with access to ongoing learning opportunities, a positive work-life balance, and the best available tools to enable them to excel in their work in the most productive and efficient way, delivering premium outcomes for our clients.
