Background

Keith advises on corporate and commercial matters with an emphasis on technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”). He has assisted clients with a broad range of highly specialised transactions, including:

  • Trans-border company and shareholding structures ranging from initial startup through to IPOs in NZ and Australia. Listings on the Australian Stock Exchange include Tomizone Limited, Innate Immunotherapeutics Limited and Living Cell Technologies Limited.

  • Mergers and acquisitions. He is advising Gull Petroleum on the sale of its NZ businesses and recently advised TBS Group on its sale to Hellaby Holdings.

  • Raising capital and employee share ownership plans for TMT companies.
